A common but little-known ingredient in salads of mixed greens, Tatsoi has glossy dark green round leaves that are attractive, nutritious and tasty. Grows in beautiful flattened rosettes that reach up to 12 inches across. Can be harvested when small for salads, or large for stir-fry.
