Joi Choi (F1) ~ $ 2.95

Joi Choi is one of the easiest and most reliable strains of pac choi, some say the best in class. Slow to bolt with excellent uniformity, it forms heavy bunches 12-15" tall. The dark green leaves have flattened white stems. Resistant to heat and cold. Stores well. 200 seeds per packet. 50-55 days.

Mei Qing Choi (F1) ~ $ 2.95

Mei Qing Choi grows 6" tall with smooth, spoon-shaped leaves deep green in color with pale green stalks. Succulent and crunchy with a mild mustard flavor, Mei Qing Choi is an easy-to-grow vegetable that yields quick results when grown in cool, moist soils. It tastes best when prepared simply: steam it, saute it or mix the baby leaves in your favorite salad mix. 45 days. 200 seeds/pkt.

Osaka Segal Mustard (OG) ~ $ 2.50

This mustard is milder flavored and more compact than Red Giant. Osaka Purple is useful in salads and light cooking, where a less pungent, more refined mustard is desired. 40 days. 1 gm./pkt., approximately 325 seeds.

Ping Tung Long (OG) ~ $ 2.50
