Lactuca sativa : Fossey has fantastic form and color which sets it apart from other Lolla Rossa types. The frilly leaves are a striking combination of ruby red on the exterior and creamy yellow within. Fossey grows into a nicely formed head with excellent volume. Slow to bolt and highly disease resistant, it can be grown late spring through autumn. 100 seeds.
