Bianca di Maggio (OP) ~ $ 2.95

Bianca di Maggio is an old-fashioned variety which is treasured by those familiar with them because of their sweet and delicate flavor. Bianca di Maggio have a fine-textured white flesh and snow white skins, with a flattened shape about 2" in diameter and 1" high. They have long been used in Italian cuisine, but you may find additional uses for them because of their excellent flavor and convenient size. They also hold up well in storage. Cabernet Onion (F1, OG) ~ $ 3.75

NEW! Cabernet is a vigorous red onion that performs well in a broad range of locations. The globe shaped onions are 3-4” in diameter with good skin color and well developed internal rings. An intermediate day onion, Cabernet is widely adapted but grows best between 35 and 45 degrees latitude. Better resistance to foliar diseases than many red onions. Yellow Cipollini Onion (OG) ~ $ 2.95

Yellow Cipollini are small, yellow, flattened onions that have a delicious sweet flavor when cooked. They are ideal for shish-kebab, roast onions and braising. They reach a mature size of about 1-1/2 - 3" in diameter and 1" high. This is a long day variety best grown at latitudes between 38-60 degrees.
