With fruits about one third the size of Waltham Butternut, Honeynut offers the convenience of a more manageable fruit with the same great flavor. High-yielding, Honeynut produces sweet, individual-sized fruits that average 5-6" high and weigh 1.5 lb. The buff-colored skin is darker than standard butternut varieties with some green striping.
