Red Russian is a nutritious and ornamental kale variety. It flourishes long, deeply serrated, blue-green leaves with pink-red veins. Sweeter than other kale varieties, it prefers cool weather and should be planted in the fall or early spring. 25 days baby leaf; 50-60 days to maturity. Approximately 8,400 seeds/oz.
