The leaf stems of rhubarb are delicious and well-known ingredients in jams, pies and sauces. Our variety, Victoria, is known for large stalks with a nice, sweet flavor and little fiber. The rhubarb plant is a long lived perennial that requires little care once established. Because of its size it is best suited to large gardens. Rhubarb grows best in the northern half of the US where summers are relatively cool.
