This hardy perennial herb has a desirably sharp and lemony flavor that enlivens salads, soups, sauces, dips, potatoes, and egg dishes. High in vitamins A and C, sorrel is particularly worthwhile to grow rather than buy at the market because its flavor does not survive well once harvested. Full sun to part shade; rich moist soil. Approximately 30,000 seeds/oz.
1/2 gram per packet, approximately 500 seeds.
