An heirloom zucchini dating back to 19th century Italy, Cocozelle produces slender fruits with alternating light and dark green stripes on smooth, thin skins. The plant is a bush which grows a manageable 2 - 3 feet in diameter, so Cocozelle may be grown in rows, raised beds, or even large containers. For best texture and flavor the fruits should be harvested when they are 6-8" long. 45 - 50 days. An average of 230 seeds/oz.
30 seeds per packet.
One packet will sow a 20' row at 6-10" spacing. Thin or transplant seedlings to 18-48" between plants.
